Hacettepe has been cooperating scientifically with the world's reputable organizations in its field since its establishment.

Hacettepe University has been cooperating scientifically with reputable institutions from the world's leading countries in science since its establishment. Academic activities for international cooperation in our university are supported within the scope of special programs. Among the support provided by the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit, multidisciplinary research projects aimed at improving the university-industry, university-public and university-university cooperation at an international level have a special place. Our university has bilateral cooperation agreements with 217 institutions from 42 countries.

The International Students Unit Coordinatorship was established in 2005 to help foreign students studying at Hacettepe University at undergraduate and graduate levels actively participate in academic, social and cultural life and solve the academic, social and cultural problems they face during their studies. Currently, 1300+ international students from 80+ different countries continue their education at undergraduate and graduate levels at our university.

Hacettepe University has a strong international exchange and cooperation program. Our university has many bilateral cooperation agreements involving education and staff mobility within the scope of Erasmus+ Program. In addition, cooperation with many universities has been developed within the scope of the Mevlana Exchange Program.
