Hacettepe University researchers have won 62 TUBITAK Incentive, 17 TUBITAK Science, 7 TUBITAK Community Service, 2 TWAS awards, and a total of 88 TUBITAK awards for their contributions to science at the universal level.
Our promising young researchers have been awarded 24 TUBA GEBİP awards and 1 BAGEP award. Besides, our 50+ faculty members have won national and international prestigious science and art awards such as UNESCO, Goethe Medal, Vehbi Koç, Sedat Simavi, L'Oreal Scientist, Eczacıbaşı, and Novartis award.
Hacettepe University researchers also stand out in terms of high h-index, which is one of the important indicators of scientific performance. A significant number of Turkish scientists with a high h-index have carried out all or important stages of their careers at Hacettepe University.
