In Hacettepe University, in line with our institutional values and mission, with a view to manage every process participant governance and as a result of a joint effort between process responsibles and executives, forty-five sub-processes have been created under the main processes; Education and Training, Research and Development, Service to Society, Internationalization, Administrative and Supportive and Supervisory. Every process’ process responsibles, scope and aim, input and output, services and activities, performance indicators, service takers and providers has been defined in line with the main processes listed in the Strategic Plan and with mutual partner views. The founding aim of aforementioned processes and the administration is adopting the continuous learning and development on an institutional basis via assessment and evaluation and placing these processes in a continuous cycle.
